Alicia Crank
Founder

A native Detroiter, Alicia Crank was born and raised in Michigan, before heading west to Silicon Valley in 1996, then to the Greater Seattle area.

Though she was a broadcast communications major in high school and college, Alicia’s career started briefly in hospitality until she ended up in institutional trust and wealth management for a national bank. After 10+ years in this field, while in Silicon Valley, she transitioned into working in tech, education, and the nonprofit sectors.

In 2014, Alicia continued her work in roles as a nonprofit fundraiser and executive director for a handful of regional and statewide organizations. She also founded Edmonds International Women’s Day in 2019.

Being based in Snohomish County, her community and volunteer work centered around her home base in Edmonds. Alicia has served on numerous boards and commission, including the Edmonds Planning Board and the Snohomish County Airport Commission, where she helped lead the work on the airport master plan. She currently serves on the Hazel Miller Foundation Board of Directors, the GSBA Policy Council, and the State of Washington’s Commercial Aviation Work Group.

In her spare time, Alicia serves on the Seattle Sports Commission, as Ambassador Chair for Women’s Pro Hockey Seattle, and as an advisor on the SEA Fan “Bring Back Our Sonics” group. Alicia sees sports as a great community
